Oh my. The hits just keep coming.

Giddy right now. Absolutely giddy. I was most concerned with Ezra Miller, and so far he seems to be nailing it.
CAN. NOT. WAIT!
Holy fuck.
Never thought they'd manage to make Aquaman seem cool.
Also never thought a dude like Affleck would find his niche in Batman.
Goddamn.

All of that footage looks better than anything DC has produced in 4 years. I dont like the idea that Bruce Wayne gives his identity away to the Flash. Unless he pulls the, "I found this on the street" gag. Still skeptical.
Id care more about Batman revealing his identity except....hes done it to all his girlfriends in every supposed cinematic masterpiece. This I can buy, previously, not so much.
Looks pretty lame to me, but I dig Aquaman. When's his solo movie coming?
The Wonder Woman footage looks a lot more compelling to me.
JL looks like an entirely recycled storyline. And wasn't the BvS footage the toast of last year's Comic Con? Snyder isn't exactly known for putting out bad teasers. The movies, on the other hand.

I haven't seen BvS. Does Affleck do that same fake gravelly voice regardless of whether he's in the Batman costume?
Curious if you have the same opinion on Suicide Squad's potential?Quoting DavidSeven (view post)
Not quite as skeptical, since it's Ayer (who I haven't formed an opinion on) and not Snyder. I'm optimistic on the strength of the trailers but cautious from overall super hero/villain fatigue.Quoting Irish (view post)

I dunno... the trailers for BvS were pretty bad. The Justice League teaser was the first thing I've seen out of this DC renaissance that looks kinda fun. I mean, it's aping on Marvel's tone big time, but not a bad thing really.
Sure why not?

Agreed. WW stood out in a completely terrible film, and won us over. The movie could be really fun.Quoting DavidSeven (view post)
But JL just looks like a (little less sad than BvS) Marvel wannabe, down to the almost identical recruitment of wise-ass kid sequence.
The trouble is - while I can live with Batman, Wonder Woman and perhaps Superman, the others are forced upon us. Duplicate Flash is still weird, Cyborg looks absolutely ridiculous and out of place, and I still don't know what they're doing with Momoa, although at least he seems to be having fun.
Will Momoa ever be in a role where he isn't the meanest man in the world?
I like this better:

So does Batman just not give a shit about his secret identity anymore?
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
Maybe he figures it's NBD because he has leverage in that he knows Flash's secret identity.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
And Aquaman, and that entire coastal village he just announced his plans to.

He could be doing that AS Bruce Wayne though, right?Quoting megladon8 (view post)
My thoughts exactly.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
On top of, the point I made in the BvS thread, Batman never enjoyed being part of a "team" and was only there when citizens needed him. So the fact that it's Bruce Wayne recruiting everyone makes Batman super soft.
Well, it's a new universe, and a new interpretation of him. Besides, the end result of his conflict with Superman was suppose to be that he had re-gained his humanity after having fallen to the darkness, and this is reflective of that. Plus, BvS ended with the threat of a new foe on the horizon to match the one they had just faced, and with (as far as they know at least) Superman out of the picture, it makes sense that he'd go recruiting for other powered beings in preparation for that threat.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
Because it was such a secret in every other Batman film? His identity was revealed to every girlfriend in just about every previous film.

Awesome. Looks more Brave and the Bold than the previous Justice League series. When does this premiere?Quoting number8 (view post)
