Let's not get too wild about how Marvel has had success. Iron Man 2 was being written as it was in production. It wasn't really until Whedon got on board that the stories happened to get a little more organized, and well done.
Henry Gale is right about the business perspective, as annoying as it is. Hopefully they can find someone to do Flash or Wonder Woman that can impress everyone.
Man of Steel was a huge success, so I don't see them changing tunes as far as story goes. Batman VS. Superman will be a lot more dialog-driven, I imagine.
I really only care about the casting of Batman.
