There's a shot in that trailer with a fighting game-style set up between Batman and Superman.Quoting number8 (view post)
As good as this looks, a part of me can't help but feel like it'll just be another Teen Titans Go!.

I feel like the guy is spreading himself way too thin. He's the President of the movie division and CCO of publishing, and he's also writing screenplays for the movies and TV shows, on top of still writing monthly comics.

That's disheartening.
The tomatometer is such bullshit. Average score of those critics is 5.4/10 (at the moment). I don't care what anyone says, if youre past the halfway point of whatever grading scale you use, thats a thumbs up. Even if its the weakest of thumbs up, its still on the positive side.
"Luckily, that bit of poetic portent is among the very few sops to shared-universe franchise-building in this otherwise gleefully nihilistic movie. "
"However, it is gleefully nihilistic"
"a gleefully nihilistic, abysmally messy romp that delights in upending the genre's convention"

Honestly though, DC must be pissed. What was the last MCU thing to drop below 70 on the tomatometer? Everything they put out is 80+ it seems.

Well thats ridiculous too.
and that Affects people's opinion even if it's a really great movieQuoting number8 (view post)
Critics also hated Batman v Superman, yet that's still one of my favorites of the year so far, so I'm not too concerned with what critics think of this one just yet.
Same here, the only bummer is that the people whos money contributes to pushing these beasts past the the big money marks DO pay attention to things like the tomatometer.Quoting TGM (view post)
I keep getting closer and closer to writing some sort of big damn thing on how everyone misreads Rotten Tomatoes, and how Rotten Tomatoes isn't nearly as valuable as Rotten Tomatoes would like to think it is.

I loathed BvSoJ, so I value the Suicide Squad RT score. I ain't pushin' that beast no further.Quoting Skitch (view post)
It's actually perfectly in line with the feeling I had from the first tidbits that ever came out about the project to the final trailer.
