Cavill's been expressing interest in reprising the role for some time now. Not at all surprised to read that.

It'll be interesting if Snyder's Justice League actually does re-ignite the connected DCEU, assuming it's a success. I mean, in addition to having fan support, the cast and crew appear to be all in on the whole "Snyder Cut" front as well, including the likes of Ben Affleck, who otherwise appears to just be done with all of this. Compare this to the complete opposite reaction we've seen from, say, the Game of Thrones cast in regards to how that show turned out in its last seasons, or the new Star Wars cast who similarly appeared quite disdainful for how their trilogy turned out in the end, where as here, pretty much everyone who worked with Snyder on that film is really pulling for it, despite WB's clear wishes that the whole thing would've just been forgotten and buried by now. Makes you think they honestly might feel they actually do have something worthwhile here, and something that's worth moving forward with.

Its nice of the fans to pull for Affleck to return, but I think he needs to be done for his mental health. As much as I liked him playing the character, I'd rather Affleck be around to make stuff than not.

He was great in BatmanVSuperman but boy it didn't look like he waned to be there in JL.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Agreed. Several of them, actually. The newer members just look confused.

The hatred being thrown at Pattinson for not wanting to get mega-ripped for The Batman is just nuts.

Gym bros trying to pull cancel culture on him for it.

Agreed. Bale didn't get mega-ripped. His transformation was amazing because he does these big body changes, but he mostly just looked athletic.

    Hahahah

Nah, Bale did get ultra ripped - no real reason for that to become the norm, though. Roger Moore wore a girdle and it worked fine.

    Saving this out of context.

I wonder what's up with that aspect ratio. Did he shoot it in IMAX or some other large format with the intent of cropping it later to a more traditional frame? Or is this "how it was meant to be seen?"

I wondered that too. I'm sure it will be wide in movie.

Yeah, it's also possible (likely) they did this for social platforms that go for more of a 1x1 frame and didn't bother to change it for YouTube.

Yeah, but it's lazy. Just yesterday I had to have an editor make four different versions of the same video (1x1, 9x16, and two different flavors of 16x9) for four different social platforms. It's not hard, but it is tedious.

Understood, but at this point of early stage, I'm okay with just a little tease.

Oh I'm fine with it, looks interesting enough, just a funny thing I noticed.

Hahah I'm doing the same thing with an acting reel. It is kind of annoying... but I guess it's a transitional period?

Still wonder what's going to happen with Miller.

Going to be seriously surprised if he isn't dropped.

I'm surprised it didn't happy already.

I mean, actual video of him choke slamming a woman outside a bar.

Should have been fired that day.
