Ya'll wanted to know what Chris Nolan was going to do after Batman. Well, it's this one. Figures since his brother is writing it.

Interesting. Spielberg was originally attached.
I approve of anything he wants to do. Esp if it's sci-fi. I wonder when this trend is gonna die.
If this is cerebral, hard sci-fi I'm all for it.
However, if this is going to be some mega budgeted super duper action event movie... eh.

A.I.'s ending is one of the best things about it.
If there's one ending Spielberg botched it's Lincoln. So tired of Hollywood killing off the main character in a desperate attempt to tug the heartstrings.
Eek. No way.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
Minority Report even struggles with its ending a little. The Terminal might be his best 2000's ending.

Oh shit. Fair enough there. I was thinking the concept of getting to the jazz bar. But yeah...Quoting Qrazy (view post)
I feel like the Nolan movies I've seen are not the same ones you guys have.
Oh, you mean that thing that actually happened in real life?Quoting Qrazy (view post)
Lots of things happened in real life that weren't in the movie.Quoting Lazlo (view post)
I like Christopher Nolan and Wally Pfister. I look forward to both of their upcoming projects.

Neat. Like the tone.
I'm certainly curious to see why McCaunaughey looks like someone blew up his bus full of nun puppies.
Irish - is there a single characteristic of a movie trailer that you can't somehow twist into being a reason that a movie will suck?
ETM's hate of Zimmer is as funny to me as Irish thinking every movie looks like crap.
The teaser is fine. I'll wait for a full trailer.

Am I the only one here today?
Hopefully it'll show old Ridley Scott how sci-fi about "big ideas" is done!

Agreed! I find it incredibly sad (like, tear wortht, seriously) seeing NASA slowly die.Quoting number8
Is that the international view of NASA? Because it couldn't be farther from reality.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
Barty is going to be so conflicted about this movie. It's Lincoln all over again.

That is the view of international scientists and also the people at NASA themselves. NASA's budget for their missions is being cut by half next year, and another half in 2015.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)

I'm with Irish. Totally pointless teaser. Just wait and craft one with some meaningful images.
