Criticker loses me in the design. Plus I dig the end of year reviews on LB.

That's what happens when you're watching long-ass anime series all the time instead of movies.

    Films Reviewed: 2
I only bother with a review if I have some quip I want to make or I want to convince people to watch it. No one cares which adjectives I use to describe my X-star rating for Star Wars movies, least of all me.

    Hours Watched: 158
Hilarious metric. And not surprisingly, roughly equal to (number of movies)*(100 minutes)

    Most Watched Actor: Kiyoshi Atsumi

    Most Watched Director: Yôji Yamada

See what happens when you watch more than 3 Tora-san movies in a year?

    Highest Rated
    A Christmas Story ★★★★★
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs ★★★★★
    Rosemary's Baby ★★★★★

This must be the most recent five-star ratings to some extent, right? Because I watched most of these at the end of the year when I was doing a lot of revisiting. I also didn't start doing star ratings until midway through the year, mainly for the benefit of a friend (how I wish LB had a four-star system instead of a five-).

    Sidebar, your honor...

...so I'm at this little po-dunk thrift store in Nowheresville, Ohio, and I see a sign that says "all sets 5$". I got Neon Genesis Evangelion + Movies, Outlaw Star, Studio Ghibli DVD Collection, X, Devil Lady, Escaflowne + movie, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, and Justice League season two. Holy jackpot.

    Hours Watched: 41

    Most Watched Actor: Sean Connery

    Most Watched Director: Terence Young

    HIGHEST RATED
    Dallas Buyers Club (2013) ★★★★½
    The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 (2014) ★★★★
    Gone Girl (2014) ★★★★

    Some notes:
-I didn't watch (or remember to LB) a lot of films last year. I was watching a ton of tv series instead. I'm already at 12 films this year, award season always does
    that.
-This reminds me that my Bond trek could use a kick start again.
-I really need to revisit my rating of Hunger Games III vol 1., and still need to watch vol 2.
-Dallas Buyers Club is probably still the highest rated film I've seen since last year began. Time to hit more classics harder.
    *coming soon*

We've had 86 days this year! Granted, some of those movies are short films from the 1900's.

I can't remember if I posted my letterboxd before, I don't think I did. Only been using it for a year and a half or something, but I followed a bunch of you:

I tend to be on that app moreso these days than here, but I still check both regularly.
Giving up in 2020. Who cares.

Haha, I keep forgetting I'm "Stay Puft" on this forum. This is literally the only place I'm using this username; a holdover from the old RT forums, I guess.
