Talk about someone who just naturally had screen presence in anything he had. I haven't seen enough of his work, but in Alien and Blue Collar, without even saying much, he quickly becomes a character that's your favorite of the bunch. RIP.

Good thing I watched Arrested Development before her passing. She was one of the best parts of the show, even on the Netflix years.

Has anybody else here seen Clint Eastwood's Play Misty for Me, where Walter plays a psychotic hippy nymphomaniac? It's not exactly a good film, but if you watch it, you probably won't be bored.

The Ramona, Ralph, and Dear Mr. Henshaw books (somehow never got around to Henry Huggins) are favorites growing up. I remember her writing radiating utmost warmth without ever getting cloying. RIP.

This one is really awful. Carlos Busqued (50), author of two magnificent novels, Under this terrible sun (2009) and Magnetized (2018) and an irreverent, crazy, acid commentator on radio and Twitter, fell off the stairs at his own house and died. My writer friend went out drinking with him once and remembers him as a funny man in person too. Under this terrible sun has been translated to English and adapted into a movie in 2017 by Adrián Caetano as The lost brother.
