Walken always gets left out of the scandal the way Nicholson always gets left out of the Polanski scandal.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

Well, Nicholson was in France. Who knows how the conversation went down on lending his house to Polanski for the weekend.

Liliana Bodoc (59), fantasy author known for the Saga of the Borderlands, a sort of Native American Lord of the Rings. It seems the first book has already been translated to English!

Damn. I thought he was older than that.
Well, he was already playing a retired cop a quarter of a century ago. Assuming Martin Crane was sixty-five when the show started, that would make him about ninety today.

Really hope his unused score for the new Blade Runner gets released. Damn. Such an immense talent, gone...

I was lucky enough to work with Cathey twice. He narrated a couple of documentaries I produced. He was an absolute delight. Just the nicest, funniest, easygoing dude with one hell of a voice. Barely spent two hours talking to him on the phone twice in a year, but he made a huge impression on me. A lot of "celeb" narrators can't wait to get done reading the script, but Reg was game to talk through things, suggest changes, and chit chat for much longer than necessary after we were done. Wish I'd been able to meet him in person.

That's a huge wow. I was certain the "wow" was because of Cathey, which would have made sense, but then I saw it was because of Johannson. His Sicario score is amazing, but regardless, 48 is too young.
I'm 7 years away from 48. That hits home.

    Way too early.

He was one of my favorite Office Kitano dudes. Not to mention the billion other things he has done.
His performance in Hana-bi is my favorite.
Giving up in 2020. Who cares.
