The paperback version, though it's also more expensive.

Same. Good stuff this song is. What were you playing, D?

Cool - I'll check out the pb.

That track consists of a drum machine, a guitar, Fruity Loops, and a Casio keyboard.

Were you playing all of them yourself?

    And also, awesome, thanks!

Here's some of my life drawing work from the Academy, roughly from a decade ago. These are mainly large, 7ft tall pieces which I took home and kept for a while, but since they're by their nature perishable, I took them outside one day, photographed all, then threw them all away. There are some details mixed with whole pieces, too.

Yes - I am a one-man act most of the time.

[ETM], the younger guy sitting down in your drawing kind of looks like you.

ETM, those are some cool drawings.

I was very hesitant to post these, but what the hell, since everyone else is doing it. My disclaimer, these pencil drawing are from a long, long time ago, back when I was in my fantasy/horror period. They're freehand drawings of magazine covers, so the color to b&w transition was always a challenge (you can only do so many shades of grey!).

Mind you, these are the youthful doodlings of a rank amateur, so keep that in mind (I'm a bit intimidated by some of the stuff in the thread so far). Oh, and if you see a signature with a number next to it, like '72', that of course probably refers to the, um, asking price. Yeah, the asking price. Never the year. Here are four sketches, the last two a xerox (gave away the original) and an 'unfinished' one, respectively.

"We eventually managed to find them near Biskupin, where demonstrations of prehistoric farming are organized. These oxen couldn't be transported to anywhere else, so we had to built the entire studio around them. A scene that lasted twenty-something seconds took us a year and a half to prepare."

I've made a lot of minimalist posters for movies, since they're concept-based "sketches" that can usually be finished in a day.

I have a dream...that all the artists, writers, actors, and directors of this website would congregate to create a movie. A movie about a collection of miscreants from a website who create a movie about their website. It would be called, "Match-Cut".

I would write the review of this movie.

And now I play the waiting game...

    Yes.

The Time of Your Life is considered a masterpiece. Won the Pulitzer. He's from my old home town.

He's my favorite writer of regular old fiction, and his plays are awesome. However, I should clarify that I don't read a ton of plays.

They're studies done on low quality packing paper covered with a mixture of flour and water, using charcoal, and sprayed with hair spray when done. It's practically impossible to keep them in one piece for any period of time. You can se permanent damage on the photos already.

Wonder if DaMU and I could collaborate on the script.

In other news, I just finished the first act of a script re-write. Originally titled "Foodies," but that's going to change. Happy with it, so far.
