What better place for mind blowing revelations than the Inception thread? The bombshell should have been followed by the M A D M ..., er, I N C E P T I O N banner.
Sounds like dude went all Eames with the identity forging, amirite?

I can't believe I chose the saner of the two RT fallout shelters.

Yeah, sorry, I didn't really mean to get into it (even though I started it... my bad.) I'm not interested in protecting the guilty-- he can rot-- the only reason I backed off and was being secretive was that I didn't want to get into the people that were genuinely hurt.Quoting amberlita (view post)

Holy crap.
Yeah, it's easy to say MC is the sane site between this and Icine. Icine's had more drama from the time ZBF was revealed to be real, to the controversy that surrounded astor's stint as an RT moderator.

"We eventually managed to find them near Biskupin, where demonstrations of prehistoric farming are organized. These oxen couldn't be transported to anywhere else, so we had to built the entire studio around them. A scene that lasted twenty-something seconds took us a year and a half to prepare."
Somehow it feels creepy now that this conversation is in its own thread as opposed to being a random splinter within the Inception mega-thread. Needs more memes or something.
Move into arbitrary other thread that has had no posts since 2009.

So, I have a lot of guilt about this. I swear my original comment was not supposed to start drama, it was just an off-the-cuff remark and I underestimated the amount of interest it would generate. It's over and done and really not my business, so I want to apologize for bringing it up and suggest that maybe we should drop the subject.
I gotta say, that is some A+ trolling right there.
I mean, it's insane and despicable, too. You can never be 100% sure on the internet.

I wouldn't call it trolling. From an outside perspective, his interactions sound like they were sincerely intentioned. He's probably genuinely lonely.
