Louis CK has a funny bit about using the term "faggot" as a generic insult unassociated with sexuality. I think that's generally the case with people like Eminem, who insists he's not homophobic. Odd Future use the term pretty frequently and also claim to not be homophobic, or at least Tyler the Creator has said as much.
