I found this movie kind of baffling. It's like they had some generic crime thriller lying around, but then for some reason decided they should animate it so they inserted a cat. Who is this for?
The film is undeniably slight, a feeling compounded by its sixty minute length and emphasis on largely unimaginative chase sequences, but I admired its peculiarity and found its look and tone more charming than not.

There were some weird touches I liked, like how the villain is trying to steal something called "The Colossus of Nairobi".
