Benny, I defriend those people. I hate that stuff.
Not stupid, but randomest: (from my mom)
"Please pray for us. Just got smashed into by road rager on purpose. Cops on their way."
Is it weird that people tweet/update that stuff so immediately? It's usually the last thing that's on my mind if that type of stuff occurs.
All of my friends from work post stupid shit on their walls. I'm thinking of just making my friends list nothing but Match Cutters.
Sure why not?

I've hidden most of the people who post really stupid stuff, but here's a recent pearl of wisdom:
"Just don't be a fucking pussy that's all I'm sayin...."

So I feel like I don't have a single Facebook friend who knows the right way to use "your" and "you're". I just don't understand why so many people get it wrong. It drives me crazy.

Best guess: drunk, drugged up, hick talk. Another thing I didn't mention is despite the fact that this guy added pretty much everyone from our high school graduating class no one ever replies to his multiple daily statuses except occasionally his sister and his ex for some reason.Quoting Brightside (view post)
I'm sure these are probably lyrics to a song, but that only strengthens their case for inclusion in this thread.

I'm bothered by people saying "literally" when they mean "figuratively," but that's a widespread annoyance. I also don't like when people misuse "less" and "fewer."
...and the milk's in me.
sigh, I don't want this to be another grammar thread. Sometimes when you write papers you just don't notice you screwed up your "too to" because you were typing fast. A lot of people know the difference they just don't pick up on it because they aren't english majors and it isn't the worst thing in the world to them.
Please copy and paste this as your status if you know someone,or have heard of someone who knows someone that may know someone who knows anyone. If you don't know anyone, or even if you've heard of anyone who doesn't know anyone that doesn't know someone, then still copy this. It's important to spread the message. Oh, and the hearts.♥♥ Don't forget the hearts.♥♥

"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
Should have said that's not in my feed, I'm just making fun of chain stuff like that. Actually maybe that will be my next status.

What is the point of a word if it can have one meaning, and also mean the exact opposite? What word can we have that means "in a literal sense" if it is not "literally"?Quoting number8 (view post)
