It relies heavily on really bad child acting to make you feel emotion which was not good. Overall it was quite lame and I can't really see how they can do more then a season or two.
It's either the next Incredible Hulk or Birds of Prey. Leaning towards the latter.

I give it till mid-February.
Looks about as good as that SyFy miniseries of The Phantom.
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
I'll watch this for Summer Glau and McCreary alone.
Hey Keith David is always welcome, but this first episode was trying pretty hard not to steal too overtly from...well...every imaginable source, but mostly Nolan's Batman. Was okay, but I won't watch it unless I stumble upon it.
"How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home wine-making course and forgot how to drive?"
