Ha
I’ve been finding that the selection on Netflix gets worse every month.
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
Ash vs Evil dead was just added, so the selection for the first time in several months, as increased in quality.
I recently found myself trying to think back on the last time I was excited to see something get added to the library that didn't have the Netflix Original logo on it (Cemetery of Splendor? I feel like that was a long time ago), but then I caught myself realizing that I have a hard time keeping up with all the exclusives I'm interested it anyway. I just checked my viewing history and it is full of Netflix acquisitions and the first 3-4 episodes of Netflix Original shows that I really want to finish but keep getting distracted by new shows being released. It becomes this chicken-and-egg situation where I'm not sure if I think Netflix is great because it has all this content I'm interested in, or if I'm interested in all this content because I have access to them on Netflix.

I tried 1922 out the other day. Some of the scenes are so dark that it's hard to see anything, and it definitely feels VOD-worthy.Quoting number8 (view post)
Voyeur looks interesting.
Some pretty good movies coming to Netflix in Jan.
The Batman franchise, The Godfather trilogy, The Lethal Weapon franchise, Midnight in Paris, Shawshank, Training Day and... Sharnado 5.
I've seen all but one.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
I'm mostly interested in their exclusive content at this point, and the Polka King is one one of them.
I'll rejoin if they make the horrible decision of not putting a Scorsese movie in the theaters.
I actually liked the Jim & Andy documentary a lot, better than Man on the Moon in fact. It's directed by the same dude who did American Movie. Netflix's documentary section in general is pretty stellar. Between that and FilmStruck my documentary and arthouse selection is pretty much covered.

Am I the only one here today?
Just added season four of Peaky Blinders, allll right.
So now that Family Guy, American Dad and Cleveland Show are all off Netflix, I'm now considering my first Hulu account.
These are the shows I fall asleep to every night.
I stayed in a hotel with some friends that can only fall asleep to the TV playing and it was the worst.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
I fall asleep watching Netflix, too, and the loss of Futurama and Family Guy (and Archer next month) will be noticed.
You know what's the worst? People who can only fall asleep if it's completely black and quiet.Quoting Ezee E (view post)
I buy the DVDs of shows I sleep to.

Can we meet in the middle and have a fan running with street lights going through the shades??????Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
People who sleep are weird.
I fall asleep on the couch to TV every night, then roll to bed when I wake up around 2-3. Been that way since high school. Laying in bed counting the ceiling tiles for hours gets old real quick, might as well stay up.
Ever since I was a little kid in needed SOME kind of noise to sleep.
My parents always had a radio on low in my room, which I kept doing as a kid and adolescent.
Then I bought a portable DVD player and watched movies and shows while I slept.
Now jen and I sleep to movies / TV every night.
