    Todd Margaret is great and I've been meaning to watch Portlandia. Not sure when they added Best Worst Movie. When I watched it I got it on disc.

    Confirmed. I really can't fathom that these delays help DVD sales. Also, HBO announced yesterday that they would stop selling discounted DVDs to Netflix so Netflix will just have to buy them like you or I. I guess they can't do that with the Warners stuff due to potential future streaming deals with the studio. But still. It smacks of take-my-ball-and-go-home by the studios.

    In no way does this cause more people to buy the dvds. This action gives people more of a reason to pirate these movies.

    If I want to watch something I check Netflix, and if it's not on Instant View I'll check Amazon to see if I can rent it for less than $5. If it's not on either of these services, I go to pirate bay. I definitely don't get in my car and drive to the store to buy it.

    The studios need to realize that they simply aren't in control any more.

    Warner Bros. is making a stupid decision. As it was said, this will only encourage piracy.

    Last I heard, HBO is planning their own competing streaming service, which is probably why they pulled support from Netflix.
