What kind of thirst, Meg? Should we be worried? Should Adria Arjona be worried?

    Well, this is a thing.

If you don't want to see a likely end-credit spoiler, stop the video when you see the title logo at the end.
Well. So much Sinister Six in the MCU.

That trailer plays out almost beat for beat like the first Venom trailer.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Fuck me that looks terrible. Crappy comic book movies better go they way of Westerns like I’ve been promised. (To be clear, I love Westerns, but they’ve fallen out of favor)

I'm not sure how to interpret this sentence?

So is this Morbius gonna make Blade? Cause I have deep, Mariana Trench doubts.

Westerns were not being made by an all powerful monopoly that can take over entire movie theaters.

Gotcha. I kind of got the opposite impression though...with Spider-Man supposedly in the next Venom movie, and the spoiler at the end of trailer, sure seems like Sinister Six in the MCU is exactly where this is all leading.

New trailer-ish feature on Black Widow.

I almost admire how Sony's just like, fuck you Marvel, we're gonna be in your cinematic universe whether you like it or not.

Though personally, I'd still prefer if this were all tied into the Amazing Spider-Man universe...

That's a pretty great choice, especially if it's to have scarier/horror elements. Hasn't directed a proper feature since Oz in 2013!

If it wasn't for the apparent ridiculous finale, I would be more excited for a small stakes MCU film.

The trailer makes it look like another generic action thriller, the MCU's "Birds of Prey," designed by a committee thinking, gee, if we shove enough women in to traditionally male roles then the twitter audience will show up.

I don't see much in the way of stakes for any prequel, but that score music is damn near the most interesting I've heard so far from the MCU. Good stuff.

Looks to be more in the vein of the Capt America movies which is a good thing.

    The Russian accents though...

    Barbarian - ***

I'm tempted to watch this simply because I like Johannsen, Pugh, Harbour, and Weisz.
