"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
That's still 4.5 movies of Spider-man. He signed a 6 movie deal. So that plan makes sense to me.
I think it's cool that Chris Evans is publicly negotiating with Marvel on continuing his deal after his contract is up.
Two random things:
-My friend is currently in Scotland and walked onto set building for Infinity War. She didn't see anything beyond that.
-I'm in Brisbane right now, and went to the art galleries during the afternoon. Next month, a Marvel exhibit shows up with costumes, sets, props from the MCU. Dang. That would've been cool to see.
Hey guys check it out! A trailer with a classic rock song over it!
K, well, I didn't expect the gladiatorial stadium to be an indoor soccer field.
Also didn't expect to be enamored of the Hela stuff more than the Hulk stuff.

Oh fuck. I love that trailer.
No really. This may have just made my week.
#1 Anticipated.
Also, goddamn those shots at 0:47-0:49 are gorgeous.

The whole movie looks gorgeous. It's like they are using a color pallet we haven ever seen before in the MCU. Everything looks crisp and perfectly represents comic book pages. Love that they kept Loki on the DL here.
That's the one thing I don't like about what's otherwise a great trailer.Quoting Skitch (view post)
Love that Jeff Goldblum is essentially playing Mr. President if he ran the Thunderdome here. XD

I hate the classic rock song trend, but I thought it worked perfectly, and at least it wasn't a slow modern cover.
DP Javier Aguirresarobe is responsible for The Others, The Road, Talk to Her, Blue Jasmine and a few of the Twilight movies, among other films.

Hela is sexy as hell.

She ain't got shit on twenty-point rutting buck Hela. That helm shouldn't work at all. But it's so cool.Quoting Irish (view post)

I was surprised to see it. I figured the Goth Blanchett pics that we saw before was their interpretation of Hela's costume. I didn't think they would actually have the full thing also, because yeah, seems like it shouldn't work.

Goth is still so sexy and cool.

The problem with that rig is that too much movement will make her look like a demented Vegas showgirl.
I suspect they'll do what they've done with Loki, Thor, Cap, and Iron Man, and anybody else with goofy facewear --- show them wearing the thing for maybe 2 minutes of total screen time, and otherwise not.
Keep Marvel characters off Earth and good things seem to happen.
Hulk looks kinda different.
