Who'll the next big villain be after Thanos? Galactus?

Looks like The Skrulls, based on Capt. Marvel screen shots.Quoting Ezee E (view post)
Losing is like fertilizer: it stinks for a while, then you get used to it. (Tony, Hibbing)
It's gotta be Doom.
Sure why not?
STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI (Rian Johnson) - 9
STRONGER (David Gordon Green) - 6
THE DISASTER ARTIST (James Franco) - 7
THE FLORIDA PROJECT (Sean Baker) - 9
LADY BIRD (Greta Gerwig) - 8

Go balls deep with MODOK.
I could only picture, Thanos is dead, and then someone like Galactus or Doom walk out.
Does Silver Surfer get to be part of the MCU? That's someone I'd like to actually see.
After the Disney / Fox merger, yup.Quoting Ezee E (view post)
Cool. Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie are expected to reprise their roles in a series for Disney's streaming service.

Rumor is, Travis Knight, director of Bumblebee and Kubo and the Two Strings, the latter of which I really enjoyed, is the front runner to director GotGv3.
He was also the lead animator in ParaNorman and Coraline, two other films I really enjoyed.
100% fine with director of Kubo and Coraline being in command. Finding out he directed Bumblebee...expectations just went through roof.

Captain marvel trailer will be tonight on Monday Night Football
Avengers will be later in the week, likely on Jimmy Kimmel or the Morning Show.
Some good some meh. But I think it'll be a fun time. Hope those line readings are trailer-only, 'cause yikes.

Those line readings are terrible. I think I'll skip this.

Still not blowing my skirt up.
Me neither. Super generic. Not much going on. I said in the other thread, unless they are trying to hide a ton of stuff, this doesn't look very good.
I'll skip that one. I'm done with the origin stories.
Captain Marvel herself looks cool as hell, but the movie looks very ho hum.
I almost want to avoid it because it feels like something in that movie will make it obvious on how they'll overthrow Thanos in the next Avengers...
Shit, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is getting insane reviews.

Well HG did say it was incredible.
When rotten votes do inevitably show up, I'll give the reviewers the benefit of the doubt and assume they simply weren't in the right mood for it, or just having a bad day that even a movie as joyous as it couldn't resolve.
Last 11 things I really enjoyed:
Speed Racer (Wachowski/Wachowski, 2008)
Safe (Haynes, 1995)
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (Parker, 1999)
Beastie Boys Story (Jonze, 2020)
Bad Trip (Sakurai, 2020)
What's Up Doc? (Bogdanovich, 1972)
Diva (Beineix, 1981)
Delicatessen (Caro/Jeunet, 1991)
The Hunger (Scott, 1983)
Pineapple Express (Green, 2008)
Chungking Express (Wong, 1994)
I had no idea Lord/Miller were involved! Interest piqued. And also peaked.
I didn't know it was Lord & Miller either. Interesting.
Also, the praise from "top critics" surprised me:

I think I need to see this now.
Is this Spider-Man the 2000s Mask of the Phantasm?
