I'm not a fan, but I can see him in that role, especially after his performances in Frailty and Lone Star. This would help him wash away the stink of every one of those lame-assed romantic crapfests he's done lately.

I must disagree.

I would hate to see him in the role, since he would surely make it a clause in his contract that the costume be modified so that he's topless.

Maybe it'd be like, Captain America body paint or something.

And there'd be a montage of him lathering himself up with paint.

Then another montage of him in the shower, washing it all off.


I just can't really take him seriously.

I agree, Frailty, Lone Star and even Contact had good performances from him, but that's before he sort of became a human caricature.

Holy shit, Infinity War will be shot entirely with the new IMAX/Arri digital camera, taking full advantage of the 65mm resolution and aspect ratio. Not for just action sequences or select scenes... The whole movie. Pretty sweet.

Is there any legal reason why Sony couldn't just continue the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man series that they had previously planned at the same time the MCU is doing their series? Sure, it'd be ridiculous and probably confusing as shit for the average uninformed movie goer, but eh, fuck it, why not?

Disney Fired James Gunn As "Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3" Director Over His Old Tweets.

Couple things: Gunn's tweets are without doubt abhorrent and this is probably the right thing to do. But the fact that they were dug up by alt-right lunatics to harm someone who speaks out against Trump is also terrible.

Weird spot for Marvel. Gunn just turned in the script for Vol. 3. They can't possibly keep the script if they've seen cause to fire him as director, can they?
