    He smells of rich mahogany.
Seriously, that turtleneck just screams "sweat unsuccessfully covered up with deodorant".

Well, there's "casual" and there's "is that the only set he owns or does he have a wardrobe full of them?" I've heard people wonder if Jobs smells.
He does. There is a part in the the book The History of Video Games that talks about Jobs smelling bad when he was a young software developer.

I think he looks ridiculous. I don't care if he wears a suit, but at least wear a goddamn belt. tucked in shirts with jeans just look stupid.

Yeah, sorry about that everyone. I call it "The Irish Effect".

I wish someone would apply "The Irish Spring Effect" to Steve Jobs' armpits. Am I right, guys?

I wish you had bumped this before I stepped into whatever the hell it was that I stepped into.

Ie, talking to ETM about Apple is like talking to Barty about the gov'ment.

Apple doesn't force you at the point of a gun to buy it's products, so it's easily better than the government.

My 4S is the size I want. I wish I felt more secure with letting it be without a case, 'cause its naked form is really perfect. that extra 1/8" is a little overkill as far as I'm concerned.

Had an HTC Evo 3D (or whatever) when I was in Japan. I got used to it, but I never quite liked how large it was. Not that comfortable in my hands.

Men shouldn't put their phone in their pocket anyway. That's how you'll get prostate cancer.

I'm kidding of course but makes you think a little.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Don't go making me think now. Not even a little.

    Hated? Wha...?

The two Sixes are great phones, I especially applaud the OIS on the Plus.

The watch was... I don't get what they were trying to do. I mean, I can dig the breadth of integration with (Apple) software and hardware, the "iPhone camera viewfinder" gimmick etc... but overall... nope. Nope.

If I was in the market for current flagships, I'd go for a Moto X + 360 over Apple's combo in a heartbeat. I'm truly wondering about anyones positive impressions of the Apple Watch, because it's a mystery to me.
My point was that you are infamous for hating Apple's products. Your name, if I remember correctly, used to be part of the thread title. You post in here frequently and it's almost exclusively negative. I was, therefore, not the least bit surprised by your reaction.

So, you don't want to talk about it at all? Okay, I'm off.

In case you couldn't tell, my first post was said in jest. I agree that many of the important details weren't revealed today, but the watch doesn't arrive until next year, so I imagine they are still working on improving certain aspects. I'm excited by the capabilities and the promise of what it might deliver. Apple sticks the landing more often than not in my opinion, so they get the benefit of the doubt. We shall see.

I'll have to see the phones before I make a decision. As long as it fits fine in the pocket, that's my biggest problem with the Androids. Some of those clunkers, I have no idea how people carry them around.

The iWatch definitely seems cool, but nothing in immediate need.

This is the first time all of Apple's products are not first to the market. I'm wondering how that's going to work out for them.

I'm finally quitting itunes. I've been using them and an ipod for music solely for the last 8 years or so. Over the last year or two itunes has become more and more of a headache. I've never had so many problems with a program or piece of electronics as I have with itunes. Just sold my ipod on ebay last night and I've already got 95% of my music on amazon cloud so now I just need to move the rest.

The really amazing thing is that they're sitting on like $178 billion in cash reserves and their largest ever acquisition was Beats for $3bn. Their new campus is costing like $5bn.

They could keep buying back stock I guess.
