I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Are dinosaurs only one or the other? I don't understand why predators can't also eat free food that dropped from the sky.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

There were bigger versions of the raptor/deinonychus subfamily, including one they discovered in Utah around the time they were filming the movie.

And 18" seems a bit short based on stuff I've read. I always heard they were about 3 - 3 1/2 feet tall.

Eh, who the hell really knows. The could have had sparkly purple skin and built finely crafted wooden furniture.

You know, not for nothing but at least Journey 2 never lied to you in such a baldfaced manner.

I think you know what you need to do, mister. It's time to edit that signature and give a much maligned little film an extra star!

Watched last night a bunch of polar bears making a meal out of a whale carcass they found on Frozen Planet.

Anyway, don't understand why its news that Jurassic Park isn't biologically accurate. They're only called velociraptors in the film because it sounds cooler than Deinonychus.

Would be so easy to essentially reboot. 20 some years later, Jurassic Park was reinvested by a billionaire, and is fully operational. Years have passed without incident. That is until they are captured by terrorists for use a weapons!!!!!

This will at least be a rental, I'm sad to admit. I love dinosaurs and I saw the last two JP flicks in theaters (I was too young to see the first one).

I saw the first two in theaters. The first one was one of the best theater experiences of my life. Right behind Snakes on a Plane.

Thanks for making me feel old. I saw the first one in theaters maybe seven times.

I saw the first one in theaters too! 19 years ago. Shockingly long ago, but we mustn't think like that.

Check out this aborted JP4 concept art.

"William Monahan and John Sayles wrote a script for Jurassic Park 4 in which a secret genetics lab has been cross-breeding humans with dinosaurs. The result is an army of grotesque and intelligent humanoid dino freaks with problem-solving intelligence and the ability to fire automatic weapons. Yeah. Their storyline was scrapped but it apparently got much farther along in production than anyone realized."

That would have been pretty cool. I would have been much more interested in that than anything we got in the two sequels.

Actually kind of disappointed we'll never see that.

I think that's a stupid idea...or at least, that's a stupid idea for the JP universe.

I would've watched that. So twisted. But yeah, with a story like that it'd stick out in the Jurassic Park box set, like a weird cousin at the family reunion.
