    Yeah, I agree completely.
(Except for the rerun part, they don't even air the show here anymore.)

Another problem is how predictable the "mysteries" are.
Watching Monk for the mysteries is pointless. It's all about Shaloub. I liked up until they switched the female sidekick. No matter how cute the new one is, she just isn't as good as Sharona.

I've enjoyed the last couple episodes of Heroes and all, but sometimes I wonder how dumb the writers think we are.

Could she have meant that they merely explained it away as something other than an exploding man?

Indeed. I didn't know Adult Swim is showing it. Cool beans.

Adult Swim is showing Garth Merenghi? I have all the episodes on my computer, but I'll still tune in. Everyone should tune in. It's the funniest show I've ever seen.

Plus, it being shown in North America could also mean an actual DVD release here!

Oh man, last night I watched an episode of "Strangers With Candy" which centered around STDs.

Mr. Noblet (Stephen Colbert) was teaching his class that apparently pretty much every historical figure has died of STDs..."even JFK, who had a case of syphilis so bad, it blew the back of his head off!"

"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"

    "Rick...it's a flamethrower."

I guess I'll check out this Garth Merenghi show. I love Adult Swim, despite a few crappy shows (Tim and Eric especially, ugh).

And what's the new Adult Swim show that uses gameplay from The Sims? It intrigues me.

I watched my first Simpsons episode in nearly half a decade yesterday. Not even Alan Moore could save its crapiness.
    Sure why not?

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI (Rian Johnson) - 9
STRONGER (David Gordon Green) - 6
THE DISASTER ARTIST (James Franco) - 7
THE FLORIDA PROJECT (Sean Baker) - 9
LADY BIRD (Greta Gerwig) - 8

I saw some of the Family Guy episode after it. I turned it off halfway through. There were some good jokes but overall the funny just wasn't there. This kind of makes me sad considering how much I like the first two seasons of the show.

I'm comfortable calling that the best episode of Heroes since last season's "Company Man."

It's not funny at all. And besides, why is Adult Swim even showing it on the CARTOON Network?
