Actually, I do find arrows more interesting than guns. But I find most things more interesting than guns. They're just so ubiquitous that I barely feel like raging against that machine.

Yeah, well, you can't shoot five people in five different directions at once with a gun!
Also, trick arrows are the shit.

The reporting of that irks me. People are saying she's only casting him because of the "too white" criticism. ಠ_ಠ

Because, holy crap.

The pilot for TRON: Uprising is surprisingly fantastic. Much cooler than the movie.
You mean against casting Glover solely because he's black? Well, he's a talented up-and-coming comedian who runs in the same type of hipsterish crowd, especially outside of his Community persona. Considering the show's taste in guest stars so far like Mike Birbiglia and Jorma Taccone, it's not really out of the norm to get him. I would probably be weirded out if she got, say, Kevin Hart or Godfrey.Quoting romantisaurusrex (view post)
But what I meant is that it's frustrating to see Dunham being criticized by the media for her characters being white, and then when she casts a black guest star, they criticize her for the opposite.

Hey. Slings & Arrows isn't on Netflix streaming anymore. I'm annoyed by that.

Neither is Coupling, which annoyed Val and I the other night for no good reason whatsoever.
