I can still hope that its the last we hear of him, but I doubt it. Also this quote from him is hilarious:

In a press release about the transition, Beck said, “I truly believe that America owes a lot to Roger Ailes and Fox News.
Unless your a strong neo-con, or a Fox shareholder, you don't owe shit to that man.

Obviously not, since part of the deal is that his production company is merging with Fox and he's developing several new shows/specials for them.

Yeah, if anything, this is Fox cashing in on Beck big time.

Another crappy decision by this court. I shouldn't really be surprised at this point, but even this has me annoyed. WTF, Supreme Court.

Did you know the Fed loaned money to Qaddafi?

This is the reason the Federal Reserve wants to operate in secret. Their activities are so transparently appalling that nobody can know without having the veil lifted from their eyes.

Jessica, a sophomore at a private Seattle school, says while volunteering at a public school, she was required to call 'Easter eggs' 'Spring Spheres.'

Yeah, I'm not sure what's worse here, being overly PC or not knowing the definition of simple shapes.

More and more, life becomes one big imitation of Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!. Like the "Sports" song where volleyball is referred to as "Sand Sphere", tennis is "Yellow Ball", and hockey is "Iced Canes."

The conservatives won't agree on a budget unless it involves 75 million dollars worth of cuts to Planned Parenthood because they say it's a hand out to fund abortions.

Completely agree. That school should not be celebrating Easter.

Yeah, public institutions should probs just leave Easter alone. You can't comfortably secularize that one.

If Christmas trees are secular than I don't see why Easter bunnies can't be, too.

Easter bunnies are religious, they're just pagan, not Christian. I have no problem with people honoring Ēostre to their little heathen hearts' content!

    But, er, not in school.

Although, the school wasn't celebrating Easter. It was the volunteer who decided to hand out eggs.

Oh yeah, and the US government's close to shutting down. That'll help the not-yet-conceived or -born at the expense of the already-born.

I never thought I'd see the day when you could consider the Democrats to be the more grownup of the two parties. But then one could argue that both the Dems and the Repubs are being rather childish, yet all reports I've read/heard indicate its the GOP that is refusing to compromise. The 1995-1996 government shutdown was idiotic, and this one will be stupid, too. It would be awesome if paychecks for all of Congress and the President were suspended too until they resolved the shutdown. I guarentee you we'd have a deal over the budget in 24 hours.

I'm stunned that Planned Parenthood is even an issue for mainstream debate in this day and age. This battle should have been won with mere eyerolls and scoffs. Seriously, what year are we in?

I know quite a few females, my girlfriend included, who get their birth control through Planned Parenthood because it's much more affordable than through a doctor, even with having health insurance. It seems this is something the Republicans would want. I mean these young women could get knocked up, have a kid and end up on government support because they can't afford the costs of raising a child. Or you know we could just start another war.
