    I find that turning on a fan (it doesn't have to be pointing in my direction), will sometimes provide a nice, droning sound that eventually puts me to sleep.

    How do you think I feel? I didn't sleep then I presented to 50 people in China from 5am-6:30am.

    I was up until 5 am last night drinking and watching John Dies At The End. I have to wake up at 9 am tomorrow and yet I'll probably stay up until 3 am anyways.

    That's every day for me right now, working overnight shift sucks. It's way harder to get "normal" sleep when you go to bed at 7am, especially with an infant and a 4 year old.
