Harrison Ford will be 77
Indiana Jones and the Vietnam Nazis
Indiana Jones and the STD He Got From Free Love
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth
"We eventually managed to find them near Biskupin, where demonstrations of prehistoric farming are organized. These oxen couldn't be transported to anywhere else, so we had to built the entire studio around them. A scene that lasted twenty-something seconds took us a year and a half to prepare."
It sounds like this date is pretty legit too because they rearranged the Marvel release for that year to accommodate it.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
What percentage of Ford's appearance in the film will be mo-capped?
How seriously are the conversations held in Burbank about getting a CG-enhanced youthful (think Force Awakens) Jones performance from Ford so the film can be set in the forties being considered? Note that with this technology in place, there can be a sequel every few years, maybe even after Ford's death?
Exactly what notes are being incorporate into the script to allow this to open up onto a "cinematic universe"?
Force Awakens was a mo capped youthful appearance? I watched it again this week, dude was old as fuck hobbling around, it still looks kinda sad. Id be skeptical of Ford reprising any of his classic roles this week, let alone a year from now. Not trying to hate, but dude is old.
I think syco got it confused with Rogue One.

I've heard rumors that certain aging stars get the ol' CGI touch up, like plastic surgery via CPU.Quoting Skitch (view post)
Not just aging stars. It's a new (relatively quiet) part of the post-production process for a lot of high-end films.Quoting Irish (view post)

I don't think Shia did a bad job in Indiana Jones 4. I think the problem lied more with the material he was given.
Disney excising his character won't depress me, but it's just more supporting evidence that Disney's goal with the Lucas franchises is to stuff their viewers full of cake.
Just recast him.

Honestly, at no point did I ever expected Shia or his character to return for Indy 5 anyways. *shrug*
I have yet to see s3, but shit Andy looks old. From this angle, Kimmy looks 100% the same.Quoting number8 (view post)

Just show a picture of him on the wall or something. Who cares?
I would've been down for Mutt Williams and Short Round in the Quest for Franchise Renewal.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
This is likely Spielberg's next project. That or the West Side Story remake.

Maybe because La La Land?
He's always wanted to do a musical. I wish he'd pick something that wasn't a remake though.
And as I'm sure I've said before in this thread, I have no interest in seeing 70+ year old Harrison Ford play Indiana Jones. He's too old to do the things that make Indiana Jones interesting and exciting.

Ya mean Spielberg's not hiring the guy that publicly said "Crystal Skull" was a bad movie and that they were both responsible and should have done a better job?Quoting Morris Schæffer (view post)
