Looks pretty painful.
Maybe Kevin Smith should just stop making feature films and continue doing "An Evening with..." shows for the rest of his career.
It's kinda cool that Harold Faltermeyer (of Beverly Hills Cop and Top Gun-fame) is writing the score though.
Kevin Smith is so '90s; it's kind of absurd that he even exists anymore
I was even disappointed when I saw him in Live Free or Die Hard.Quoting Adam (view post)

Tracy Morgan's schtick has gotten really old. I barely finished the third season of 30 Rock.

He has a schtick?
I guess I never picked up on any consistent elements in his act. I just never found him funny at all.
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
His best film to date is Zack and Miri, so how could that be? :PQuoting Adam (view post)

After Chasing Amy, it seems like he really can't top himself. That was his peak.
That is cool.Quoting angrycinephile (view post)

Despite this starring Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan (plus Sean William Scott), I saw the trailer. It only made me laugh twice, and that's not a good sign. Pass.

I would've thought this was a for-hire type of job instead of something by Kevin Smith. Looks awful.
After rewatching Chasing Amy recently i'm starting to agree, need to revisit Clerks someday.Quoting eternity (view post)
Really? Going by recent trailers, the one for Pinapple Express had many a great funny moment.Quoting Sycophant (view post)

Red Band trailer
Still looks pretty bad.
When Scott says "This is police brutality!" the expression on Willis's face when he answers "not yet" is probably the only thing in the trailer that made me laugh.
Seriously, that was a great expression. Other than that? Meh.
Holy shit!Quoting angrycinephile (view post)
This just went from "Ugh pass" to "Eh, mayyybe rental"!!!

yeh that trailer changed my feeling of this movie... BIG TIME
That red band trailer actually got some laughs out of me.
Yeah, I can't really remember the last time I laughed that hard at a trailer.
I can't help but to think this will be hilarious. That said, Smith hasn't made a good movie since Chasing Amy, so my optimism will probably be crushed...again.
ARe you guys serious?
I chuckled at some of the movie references, otherwise this looks worse than most Kevin Smith movies, and I haven't even thought one was okay.
I was being sarcastic.Quoting Ezee E (view post)
