Well, I guess this is growing up
While I'm not the horror buff some of you are, I can vouch for the Argentine film "When Evil Lurks". A bit of a mix between a possession and zombie/infection film, it is very effective, merciless and disgusting in the right ways. If you can watch it on the big screen, do so.
