Not sure what to think of Kevin Sumlin being hired as Arizona's new head coach. Rich-Rod never preached defense, and the team collapsed down the stretch this season. Did not expect him to get fired for non-football reasons.

KF Michigan kicking the shit out of Nebraska was hilarious.

I also went to ISU vs Akron. Got sunburned yet enjoyed a good win for the Cyclones.

Reading twitter has led me to believe there are indeed Michigan fans out there that believed they were going to kick OSUs ass today.

    Child, please.

Woof Arizona sucked this year. UNI is in the second round of the playoffs. ISU had an up and down year and Iowa did well although I don't think they deserve a New Year's Day bowl.

Also seeing that my last post in here was a reply to KF makes me kind of sad. OSU always beats Michigan these days.

I am very happy that Auburn beat Bama. Oh and I won my first ever Yahoo Fantasy Football championship this weekend. I think I will post bowl picks in here. I have been posting my ESPN college picks on my blog.

We're on a good stretch last decade or so, but we're still down overall, and the long haul has been very back and forth.

Yeah but nobody cares about the historical balance. Don't get me wrong, I love winning this game, but I remember growing up there was genuine anxiety about this rivalry. Didn't matter the season, the record, the rank - you didn't know who would win. Nowadays it feels like an inevitability. It's become something I never imagined it would: boring.

It's still "The Game" but one team has hardly shown up for 15 years.

Heh people forget that in 2007 OSU v Michigan decided who would play for the national title. Also Michigan has had a good season this year. But all that matters is that they beat the Buckeyes, and they can't do that.

amber the rivalry itself is still considered the best in college football, or at least up there with Harvard v Yale and Navy v Army. And of course Texas v Oklahoma.

The one that was cool but was ruined by college realignment was Kansas v Missouri. Damn SEC.

Probably the bitter Browns fan in me, but I will never tire of beating the asses of our rivals.

Tried to rep your last, Skitch, but I guess I've repped you too much "recently" LOL.

I will take a win over shitty scUM every single year than to go through the 90s again.

That is how I felt yesterday when the Chiefs beat up on Oakland. Sure they have more rings but their last one was more closer to the Chiefs' last one if you do the math.
