I have been hearing this tirelessly since November 5, 2008, and I'm exhausted from it.

I thought it was over-the-top stupid enough to indicate that I was clearly joking.

Oh, sorry then. It wasn't really over the top enough when one takes into account that, yeah, I've been hearing it nonstop for the past two months (coupled with your general skepticism in regards to Obama--not that I begrudge you your skepticism).

When real people are spouting the same thing you are and you're calling it parody, it's a little hard to discern the difference.

I'm sarcastic in my sleep. I may be skeptical of Obama but I'm not idiotic enough to expect him implement change in two hours (not that you were calling anyone an idiot). Also, there is change in the way people feel about their President, that he isn't some running joke anymore, so there's that.

I wanna know if anyone had indigestion from the apple-cinnamon sponge cake.

Ted Kennedy collapsed during lunch? He looked hale and healthy during the ceremony.

It's so sad that Benny's unbridled optimism has been crushed.

I have seen The Grateful Dead and Phish in concert, and used to listen to Rusted Root.

Good God, it's like I can smell the patchouli oil from here.

I wouldn't touch that nasty crap. Must be coming from either Thirdmango or Benny. They've been to more Phish shows than myself.
