telegraphed its twist a lot less than it did, like how, instead of showing Teddy's nightmares/hallucinations throughout (which was a big tipoff that something was wrong with him in the head very early on), just save that for later in the film, after he suspects he's been secretly drugged, when in reality, it's just him suffering from the effects of withdrawal from not being drugged during this elaborate LARP adventure. That would work MUCH better, I think.

Very uneven, but when he's on, there's nothing quite like a good Spike Lee joint. Don't understand the good reviews for Chi-raq though, that has to be one of the most annoying movies I've ever seen.

clockers i have a weird reaction to. its not good, yet i want a sequel! imagine that

summer of sam deserves a higher score. its intentionally...grating...to mirror that summer.

25th hour is amazing.

she hate me is underrated.

inside man deserves a smidge more respect.

oldboy deserves more disrespect.
