The recipe given to me had a typo....

It said 1/4 to 1/2 CUP. Supposed to be 1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon.

    Ouch.

    Grocery Shopping

Normally, I don't mind grocery shopping. Why? Because I go at about 1545 during the week after work. I've got my list, I checked it twice. Grab the shit and get out. God help me if I have to go late morning/early afternoon on a Saturday. Too. Much. Humanity. And then there are the howlers. You know them, the kids that aren't getting what they want, so they start screaming at the top of their lungs and just, will, not, shut, the fuck, up.

Multiply this by 10 if I have to go to Walmart.
Howlers are the worst, but I hate the parents that let them run up and down the aisle paying no attention to them even more. I mostly shop at Trader Joe's now which is great for the lack of kids, but they might as well give you a bumper car instead of a shopping cart, it's so packed.

I still don't know exactly what Chav's are, but if they're in that picture, I already hate them.

EDIT: Just saw the definition and they're even worse.

Honestly there are so many things on this list I want to rep you for Scar. I think I'll rep you for the poarchers one. I agree with everything on this list so far. And as a guy who also done a decent share of hunting I agree with you about the idiot hunters. In the hunter's safety class I took years back when I was in high school idiot hunters were cited as one of the main reasons why people turn against hunting.

Those Westboro people are going to join idiot Muslim jhidists in finding out that their actions aren't going to land them in a happy place when they die...bastards.

The only time I can stand to go to a Wal Mart is after dark, late at night. HY Vee on the weekends can be okay provided you don't go at peak hours.

Heh, chavs is a funny word. They are pretty annoying though. Its fine for white people to listen to rap. But when they try to ape a culture that they don't understand and are not a part of, that's pretty damn annoying and idiotic.

*Shuts mouth about the Vikings for fear of bodily harm and death threats  *

Diet Pepsi tastes like shit. As do all Diet products.

Before I had kids, I used to go grocery shopping at 1 or 2 in the morning. It was beautiful. The place was completely empty.
I don't live anywhere with 24 hour grocery stores. I suppose the depanneurs are open that long... but I don't really have one near my house. Otherwise I'd do this in a heartbeat.

    Red Pepper Flakes

You made my then "special lady friend" cry.
If this wasn't so funny I'd disagree, I love red pepper flakes.

I don't like pepper flakes either. And Darth Maul should have gotten a bigger, better part. Only prequel era Lucus could take an awesome character and give us so little of him.

Look at Boba Fett in the original trilogy. Of course, he was better as a peripheral nobody character than what Lucas did with him in AotC.

But that was his father/original clone in the prequels. I thought he was pretty solid in the prequels, and besides that whole thing explained why he doesn't like the Jedi.

I'm talking about Boba Fett the son, of course. He didn't dislike the Jedi in the OT, he was just a bounty hunter. Giving him a back story ruined whatever mystique his reputation had built him up to have.

Okay, point taken. Me I didn't really care if his mystique was ruined or what have you in the prequels. I was happy to see him and his dad featured in the prequels. I wouldn't have mind seeing a young Han Solo and Chewie either. Hell they couldn't be any worse than Jar Jar Binks.

We did see a young Chewie, unless you mean a child Chewie, in which case...

Where was the young Chewie again? I forgot all about that, and what film he was in. Which means that it was either too short of an appearence or I really forgot most of the prequels. Which wouldn't surprise me considering that the third flick was the only one really worth remembering. And I haven't seen it in two years.

It was in the third one: Yoda was leaving Kashyyyk or whatever, he turned around to thank some Wookiee and "Chewbacca" for helping him, and my eyes rolled so far back in my head that I had to have corrective surgery.

Oh yeah, that. It was indeed so insignificant that I forgot about it. It doesn't sound too eye rolling to me but rather just an interesting bit thrown to the die hard fans by Lucus.

Did the die-hard fans really want that? Did anyone want that?

Fans don't deserve bones anyway. And Lucas doesn't even know what they want.
