This is a pretty sweet Bike Gang show on FX. No one else is watching it?

It looked awful. Totally unimaginative. Wow, a biker gang that runs a town? Hell, they even made fun of that premise in Wild Hogs. That's how lame that idea is.

I didn't think many people around here judged books by their covers. ok then.

But it's okay to say that it looks cool though right?

So let me get this straight, it's okay for you to make a thread saying how cool the previews looked, but it's not okay for me to say in that thread that it looks like a lame concept and a stupid show after seeing those same previews? I can only judge "by its cover" if I come away with a positive outlook?

    Ok then.

And I'm not "judging a book by its cover". That analogy isn't apt. A book's cover is just a picture, usually having very little to do with the content. These were 30 seconds of pre-planned footage intended to give the viewer an idea of the overall concept of the show. It'd be like reading a very long blurb on the back of a book and not being interested, not looking at an obscure cover.

This one's been created by one of The Shield's best writers. I might check it out one day because of this, but it's on hold for now since the buzz has been rather mixed.

I also apologize for interrupting K_Fan and Duke's one-sided fight.

E, did you post any thoughts on Redbelt? I'm rather interested in that one, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

There's a Redbelt thread somewhere. Maybe on the second page of the Film thread. Good stuff.

That's the reason why i started watching it. I also love the Shield even though I missed the entire last season. The first two episodes I thought were great.
