    I think monthly sounds good, but maybe even two selected songs for each user (depending on how many take part) since it doesn't have to fit on a CD.

    This would be cool to do like 15 song mix-tapes, and then have someone else pick a theme or something and do the next one - this way you wouldn't have to get all the songs and host the files.
