It'll be funny if he decides to resign with the Heat when Riley's able to get Kevin Love to take Bosh's place.

Lebron to Cleveland looks like it's happening, and might be announced today.
We're in Kent, Ohio, just 45 minutes away from Cleveland, on a visit to my family. The way that this story went from a "eh... it's really unlikely" to "Holy Fucking Shit, we have a shot!?!" is just kind of fun, especially with Melo seemingly committed to the Knicks. I like the madness here, and for how it'll shake the NBA free agents if he does come back.

Lebron should sign one year deals the rest of his career just to drive the media and every NBA city completely insane.

He should sign half season deals in case the team he starts the season with isn't championship caliber after all.Quoting Benny Profane (view post)
Some European team should pay him like $80 million.
Lebron is officially going back to Cleveland.
Good for him.
Sure why not?

Now I'm just desperately hoping Bosh goes to Houston. Leave Miami in tatters.
Awesome.Quoting Lebron

Not unless they lure a big name like Melo. If Bosh leaves, Wade and that collection of nobodies isn't making the playoffs.Quoting Watashi (view post)
Cavs own the Heat's protected 1 rounder next year as well. Haha.
Also, reminder that a prime Wade (injured) and a ton of scrubs finished with the worst record in the NBA in 07-08. They're going to be bad when Bosh bolts as well.
As a Heat fan, why the hate?Quoting Kurosawa Fan (view post)
(I'm kidding, I totally get it)
I love LeBron. Always have. He made a mistake in 2010 and has caught hell for it since.
He caught too much hell for it, IMO, especially in a world that quickly forgives athletes for a lot, lot worse.
I love this move for him. I freaking LOVE that letter he wrote for si.com.
It may be a simple PR thing but I don't even care. Go on, LBJ, bring Cleveland that trophy.
On the Miami end of things: Bosh is gone for sure now, and to be honest the organization kind of deserves this.
They got arrogant. They got complacent. Like the Cavaliers before them, they relied on James too much and now it's bit them in the ass.
Good day for the NBA, IMO.
My hate is for Wade, not Miami. If Wade leaves, I won't wish them ill.
I don't hate either, and never did.
Still dislike Riley and I'll always dislike Pat Riley.
Jeremy Lin is in the midst of being dumped to the Lakers in order to help Houston clear the space to give Bosh a max deal.
I really like the potential of this Harden/Howard/Bosh squad. Bosh is an easy dude to crack jokes on, but he can still play and is versatile enough to make the twin towers thing work with Howard.

If this Kevin Love to Cleveland for Wiggins & Bennett thing ends up happening they will have to be the favorites to win the east.

Go Spurs!
Bill Simmons made an argument that they don't even have to part with Wiggins to get Love, that with the stock pile of draft picks, they could potentially keep Wiggins. That would be truly incredible.Quoting EyesWideOpen (view post)
Bah!
@WojYahooNBA
Chris Bosh is finalizing an agreement to return to Miami on a five-year, $118M deal, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.
I like Chris Bosh but he is nowhere near worth that amount of money. They could have used that money to get a top tier point guard and another great player.

Don't think Miami had much of a choice based on what's available. They still have room to resign Wade and one more marquee guy. If they somehow landed Melo, then they'd still probably be projected as an East powerhouse. Even with a lesser FA signing, they could still be pretty decent in that conference. Big thing is retaining Bosh opens door for other FA signings.
Still, pretty surprising. Going to Houston made too much sense.
