    I'm probably seeing it this wednesday as it opens earlier in Belgium, but I doubt that means I'll get TDKR trailer.

    So latest rumor claims a partial final script leak, and that a certain event lifted from the comics...

    [
    ]

    ...will occur in the film.

    It is also said that the 8 year gap between the last film and this one is...

    [
    ]
    "All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"

    "Rick...it's a flamethrower."

    I believe at some point in this thread I speculated that that was a possible reason for that gap. If they go that route, I hope that's correct.

    I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

    came across this by chance, and it was news to me, but this is a 1979 interview with Tom Waits that Ledger used as inspiration for his Joker.

    Nutso way to release a trailer. Fans are supposed to take pics of several graffiti being painted all across the globe and send them in via Twitter. Each location produces a frame of the new trailer. Once all the frames are collected, they'll release the video version.

    I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

    Pretty sure there'll be a monochrome-tinted flashback explaining why it looks ridiculous and how dare you find it ridiculous.

    I see the fight choreography is consistent with the first two films.

    I didn't really get any good look at the Catwoman suit, but the the mask and "ears" look about as good as they possibly can considering that Catwoman always looked a bit ridiculous.

    I got into a lengthy discussion at the SF film fest re: why I thought The Avengers might do better (BO-wise) than this. I felt like such a nerd.

    That last trailer was quite nice, other than the usual nitpicking (Batman voice, not sure about Hathaway).

    I could understand what Tom Hardy was saying in the trailer which makes an improvement from the preview last year.

    Has the influence of Humungus from The Road Warrior on the Bane character been noted?

    You think up some stupid, inconsequential shit to complain about.

    Cool, moody trailer. I'll watch it.

    I really hope JGL's character has a really significant purpose to the story and not just a minor character written to be the audience surrogate because Nolan wants JGL in the film.
