    Righteous Kill

    Quote Quoting Donald Glover
I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

Looked great 'til I saw 50 Cent.

Then it dropped to a ZERO on my radar.

Seriously, why the hell is this guy still alive? Someone should give him his 10th bullet, and aim for his head this time. What an arrogant, talentless ass.
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"

Sorry, but he's the male equivalent of Paris Hilton.

I just watched an interview with him last night, actually, and in the entire 8 minutes, just about every question he was asked he somehow related back to money - how much he makes, how much he wishes he makes, and how he wishes he had more.

The guy praises himself on the fact that he's been shot 9 times...'cause, you know, that is what makes someone cool and talented.

His music sucks, he's an idiot, and he deserves absolutely none of the fame that he has.

    50 Cent = Paris Hilton

I don't fantasize about Paris Hilton being shot in the head. That's all I'm saying.

I don't fantasize about either of them being shot in the head either. It was a joke. You know, ha ha.

I seriously doubt that at no point in your entire life have you ever said "gee, I hate ____________, I just wish they'd die already".

Paris Hilton is heiress to a family fortune that was accumulated at least two generations ago. 50 Cent's mother was a crack dealer who was murdered when he was 8 years old. I don't think it's really fair to say that these two have put in an equal amount of work to earn their wealth.

Even though I don't like 50 Cent the comparrison is terrible. Fiddy at least worked his way up to where he is. Paris Hilton inherited her wealth and celebrity status. I may not dig 50's music but if it wasn't for him having at least some talent and the assistance of Eminim and Dr. Dre he wouldn't be a star.

Less death threats towards 50 cent, and more jokes about Pacino & DeNiro slumming, please.

I do. Quite often, in fact.

I finally watched the trailer. The film looks generic but the cast is pretty damn good. So I may consider seeing it.

Speaking of Paris... She was just commended by Indian conservationists and animal groups for making a throwaway comment that elephants shouldn't be allowed to get drunk.

The line with DeNiro at the end is pure DeNiro.

    What a humanitarian.

She should get the Nobel Prize.

    New Trailer

"Sometimes you may want to watch a film that won't play out exactly like you think it will, something a bit different and unpredictable. But check your lease man, because you're living in Formulaic City!"

    "You're fired."

Remember when the prospect of Pacino and De Niro appearing in the same movie was like a mythical movie geek wet dream?

Jesus. Were Gregory Hoblit and Gary Fleder too busy?

I hope it has a few tricks up its sleeve.

Collateral was another pretty by-the-numbers crime thriller, but made with great skill. Maybe this will be the same.

From the director of 88 Minutes. Remember that.
