I can do the same thing, but with staring at a light. Most of the time, people with this light sensitivity use the brightness to encourage a sneeze that is already coming. Staring at the sun (or a strong bulb) generates sneezes with me.Quoting Mara (view post)
I forgot to mention the annoying side effect: I cannot sneeze unless there is a bright light around. Very annoying, because I love me some sneezing.
...that would be annoying.Quoting Sven (view post)
I force a sneeze for one of three reasons:
1. To force a sneeze when I just have a tickle.
2. To clear out congestion.
3. To prevent anyone from sitting next to me on public transportation.
Useful things, sneezes.
...and the milk's in me.
I sneeze to have mini-orgasms in my face.

Apparently, sneezing due to bright lights isn't uncommon-- possibly 20% of the population have some variation of it.
Other odd triggers for sneezing include tweezing eyebrows, combing your hair, rubbing your eyes, and overeating.

Is it just me, or is grumpiness cropping up all over MC the last couple of weeks? Everyone's Christmas Cranky. I'm gonna start passing out warm milk and Tylenol PMs in the early afternoon and make people "hug it out" when they snipe at each other.
...and the milk's in me.
It's been like that for a few months. I have a few ideas behind it all.Quoting Mara (view post)
In other news, Denver's going to get some snow. Maybe an inch. That'll be the biggest snowstorm this winter. All three or four of them. Nobody's freaking out like usual. More like, "It's about damn time."
Oh cool, thanks for sharing them with us, jerk.Quoting Ezee E (view post)

Match Cut has been pretty grumpy/cranky/angry over the last 6 months or so, which is a large part of why I left. That may make my dig at Mad Man hypocritical or something, but there's that.
I've noticed the opposite. People are a lot nicer lately. To me at least. :PQuoting Mara (view post)

Yeah. I think I've kind of always had the same reactions given to me. I don't usually stir up the pot though.
Keep hanging around that bar that looks like something in Enter the Void and you'll be in good real spirits in no time. That place looks like a blast.Quoting D_Davis (view post)

In other news, Red Lobster FTW!
I've been to the supermarket today, and found out why we fail at the capitalism thing... I've always loved a type of biscuit that's available here, that's great with milk. I noticed that they offer single packs (cardboard box) of 150 grams, a double pack (two 150g packs in a larger box) and a quad box. So they're very popular and a lot of people buy a lot at once. But the prices are the funny part - the single pack costs 0.75€... the double pack costs 1.53€... and the quad - 3.22€! So the double is more expensive than two singles, and the quad is even more expensive than the double?! How?

If you ever watched WWF/WWE, you may find the following hilarious:

I'm happy to say I've never watching any WWF/WWE in my entire life.
Congratulations.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)

You say you're happy now. But you'd be a happier person if you watched it years ago.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
Doubtful. I'm pretty damn happy now and when I'm flippin by and see Monday Night Raw or whatever, I try to fathom how people perceive it as entertainment, but I can never figure it out.Quoting Ezee E (view post)
Professional wrestling is one of those things I just don't get. I think I'm missing whatever gene is supposed to have a reaction to it.
...and the milk's in me.
I used to watch GLOW.
