Here it is
Not going to lie, I think the radio host was just easily offended by bantering. The phones going off were certainly unprofessional on Piven's end, but he acknowledged the same. The host was passively jabbing at Piven's job too, and then just went nuts.
Still a good video to watch, and you can tell that the producer knew this wasn't going to work out afterward, no matter what.
Oh Rover is a dick, no doubt. But Piven was ridiculous. He was getting softballs. I listen to Rover everyday, trust me, that was him being super patient.
LOL. Piven made a joke and Rover went ape shit. How is this on Piven?
Rover was going on and on about Chicago and NY and LA and it took 4 minutes to get nowhere.

Piven is there to promote. Rover is making polite conversation. Piven becomes a dick for no reason. He isnt being attacked.
It's weird how people hear different things.

Rover definitely comes across like he almost wanted this to happen.
He had that "what about the women, what about the reports of you being a jerk" locked and loaded.
I mean, Piven IS a dick, but Rover definitely felt like the antagonizer here.
I'm not being dramatic, I just feel like I'm going to throw up my heart and my head is going to fly away like a bird.
Yeah this feels like what the show wanted to have happen. The stuff before the blow up was one of the most boring line of questioning I've ever heard so I can't blame Piven for making a joke about that.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
Also, there's no way it took 3.5 hours to prep for that interview. It was gonna be a ten-minute-at-most bit of banter with a comedian, not an all-day interview with a world leader.

Apparently you don't have to be old. If you had chicken pox as a kid, you can just suddenly get shingles because thats what it is. Doc said after you have chicken pox, it never really leaves your body, it hides in your spine. It tries to get out and get you and gets killed by your antibodies. But occasionally it slips in your nerves and results in the rash. And since its travelling through your nerves it just hurts. It feels like I got punched 15 times in the same spot.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
Jesus Skitch. I'm sorry.

I'll be alright. My rashes aren't bad. Google image has WAY worse looking shit. I hope it doesn't move to my face. I have one small red spot on my eyebrow I'm concerned about, but hopefully we got it in time. I've just never had a rash hurt before, its weird.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
Yeah, don't need to be old. I have known kids and teens who got it.

Yup, I had shingles in my mid-20s and the doc said it was probably brought about in part due to stress. Had rashes all around my waist, front and back. A little bit higher on my back, too, if I recall. But I was fortunate that it was mostly a mild case and it never hurt that much, just really uncomfortable at times.
Giving up in 2020. Who cares.

Yeah, anyone I've known who had shingles said it came on during a stress event. Sorry Skitch.
Just finished reading about how white people cannot be trans, and any non-POC claiming to be trans is supporting colonialism and marginalization of minorities.
Aaaaaand that's enough internet for today.

Here's hoping you feel better ASAP, Skitch!Oh hey, the online arms race to be the most offended one of all is leading to the marginalization of a group that's already discriminated against? The irony.Quoting megladon8 (view post)
