I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

I was just up a ten foot ladder when a lone wasp buzzed around. Suddenly he had enough and stung me on my forehead and my hand as flailed around trying not to fall of the ladder.

    I fucking hate summer.
    Yikes. Damn wasps.

Also I should probably put something in my profile about how I used to be MadMan, but it's more fun confusing people who don't know.

Is this your thinly veiled way of saying your wife beat you up and to send help?

I love summer but goddamn wasps are the worst. ouchy, sorry.

There was a wasp infestation in my office last year. I got stung twice in cubicle on separate dates. I told HR the second time and they were like "oh yeah we know. can't do anything about it."

Yeah I seem to be quite allergic to any sort of bees. Luckily I'm not deathly allergic, but fucking hell do I swell up like a balloon. First time I ever had one on my face.

I would have grabbed a can of wasp RAID spray. Those wankers.

So Skitch you look like the elephant man? That sucks.

I'm good! Got a tetanus shot, and they shot saline into the hole which felt just GREAT.

Basically keep it clean and come back if there's sign of infection.

Wonder where that tornado ended up at. I’ll be picking up a few branches, but nothing requiring a chainsaw.

I was throwing scrap wood from skids into a dumpster.

One of the pieces hit the side of the dumpster at just the right angle and bounced back out, slapping my arm. Wouldn't have even been a bruise, if it weren't for that stray nail.

Hope it doesn't get worse for you, meg. Hope it cleans up soon.

Storm snapped the neighbor lady’s big ass tree 20’ up. Of course it wasn’t a clean brake (Still partially attached, lots of built up potential energy). Of course they only have an electric trimming saw. Of course I cut it up. There’s a reason they call those things widow makers, but it went smoothly and I get a new blade and sharpening kit out of being nice.

    i need a shower and a drink.

Nice work. That sounds like a big job. Ladder, chainsaw, and caution? I'm curious how you did it.
