I'm glad no one has mentioned Community. I can forgive someone disliking a lot of great shows, but disliking Community means you've gone from having bad taste to actively hating humanity.
What if you're "meh" on Community?

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

I bet Irish didn't like The Raid as well.

That's another thing Irish and I had in common - we both dislike Community. Good lord I can't stand that show. It's completely geek-pandering. Yuk. It actually makes feel dumb when I watch it.
I've seen a few episodes of Community and found it varied between mildly funny and irritating. All the winking nodding cleverness is obnoxious.
I am impatient of all misery in others that is not mad. Thou should'st go mad, blacksmith; say, why dost thou not go mad? How can'st thou endure without being mad? Do the heavens yet hate thee, that thou can'st not go mad?

You're thinking of Chuck. Community is at least clever.

I was only including acclaimed dramas in my previous ranked list. Seinfeld and The Simpsons would top my list overall, assuming I'm discarding seasons I don't like. Also Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Peepshow, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (though I've only seen the first few seasons) are all pretty great.

EDIT: Big Bang Theory is the most grating thing I've ever watched.

See? We spat and fight, but deep down, we here at MC are one big The-Big-Bang-Theory-hating family. We're united on the important things.

I'm not sure which is worse:

Small Wonder or Big Bang Theory

Irish liked BBT, if I remember correctly. SO MUCH FOR BROTHERHOOD.

I'm curious about Irish's BBT opinion, now.

What a horrifically awful show. Can't believe I've seen every episode.

That's alright - I'll carry the Big Bang Theory torch for now.

I don't remember his overall opinion on the show, but he said he's an avid watcher, and that Jim Parsons is a brilliant comedic actor.

I suppose there's a bunch of geek reference stuff in Community, but the main draw is the character comedy and usually tight story structure.

I don't really find any of the characters compelling, funny or interesting, so that's probably why I don't like the show. There are moments that I've seen that I like, for sure, and I do like that they treat the nerdy subjects with some respect.

    Which convention is that?
    Sure why not?

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI (Rian Johnson) - 9
STRONGER (David Gordon Green) - 6
THE DISASTER ARTIST (James Franco) - 7
THE FLORIDA PROJECT (Sean Baker) - 9
LADY BIRD (Greta Gerwig) - 8
