Ha, no. I was just talking to one of my stores about grinding 50% brisket 50% chuck and smoking them.

So I have finally reached the end of a near 8 months HR battle with an employee at my previous store (I transferred in November).
It ended in them losing their job. Which is a shame, I never want someone to lose their employment. But they were clearly very unbalanced, drowning in lies and completely unwilling to admit their craziness.

Huge line of storms developing in North West Minnesota. If we get hit, it’ll be around 0100 this morning. I’ve been up since 0400. Time to brew some coffee and make sure the chainsaw is gased up and ready to go.
EDIT: I’ve seen three different projections:
1) Our county doesn’t even have a severe thunderstorm risk
2) Enhanced risk of 70-80 mph winds, possible 60 mph winds sustained, hail and heavy rain
3) Que up Frankie MacDonald- “The whole metro is going to get slammed! Severe straight line winds! Expect major tree damage!”
Either way, northern MN is going to get hit, so maybe I’ll finally head up to the folks place. Will just have to stiff arm any Mom hug attempts.

That storm looks absolutely nasty. Fingers crossed all is OK.
Our county just got added to the watch list. I’m not concerned here. Grand Rapids (where the folks are) I think just got rain, I’ll know more in the morning.
