I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. For one thing, you've not explained why you think a missile test is gonna happen tonight, and I can't find any news about the likelihood of one on the Korea Times website, where the top story is the Coronavirus. But even if there were a test, it's not that big of a deal.

The way this strep throat is feeling, maybe I do have coronavirus...
I had the flu over christmas. Doc said it's the worst one hes seen in a while. Local schools closed today because of the amount of sick faculty and kids, so the janitors can wipe entire schools down.

Google shows that she said something during a live stream and then tweeted about being interested in being a politician, and then a bunch of click-bait sites picked up on it and turned into junk news.
