Straight women, gay/bi men: where do we stand on men waxing/shaving chests? Because I find it creepy as hell but I know women who absolutely insist on it.

I wouldn't insist on it, but I don't see what's creepy about it.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

It's the strange Ken-doll aspect of it. Especially if it's a photoshoot and he's all oily, too, I start to think that it's not a person at all, just a freaky killer mannequin like that one episode of Doctor Who with all the freaky killer mannequins.

I guess it is for a lot of people. I'd make a comment about "different strokes" but there's no way it wouldn't come off as dirty, so I'll quote my Grandpa Lloyd: "It's sure a good thing we're all different."

Light chest hair is fine, but kinda needs to be even. Isolated, patchy or ruglike chest hair does no favors. imo.

EDIT: I believe Chris Evans has something to say about this.

I don't mind my chest hair, minus the one strange patch that just kind of appears under one pec only, and not the other one. Can't explain that.

I love a hairy chest, but I think I am the only woman in my immediate family who feels this way.

My dad and brother probably had 3 chest hairs between them.

My brother's ex-gf insisted on him shaving all body and facial hair. Yes, even arms and legs.
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"

Six people to dinner on Friday at my new place! I wonder if I would have time to paint and recover my dining room chairs. So much to do!

One of the six is a baby.

And they're all related to me.

And I'm not cooking. I suppose, in fairness, I should point out that I don't really have that much to do.
Okay, I was right the first time. I spent six hours cleaning last night. I was up until 2 a.m.
    ...and the milk's in me.
