Christmas isn't here until I hear Run DMC's Christmas in Hollis. Followed shortly by a viewing of DieHard.

I don't care what you guys think. Sia put out a Christmas album last year and it's so charming I could just poop my pants. So I think I will!

Speaking of Christmas songs and #MeToo, why is it Louis CK can't do standup anymore because he sexually harassed women yet every fucking store and restaurant in Toronto is blasting Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" continuously this month and no one bats an eye. Do her sexual harassment allegations not count?

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Silent Night, O Holy Night, Little Drummer Boy, O Come All Ye Faithful ... etc.

Ah, but who am I kidding? These are all better than Holly Jolly Christmas.

I haven’t seen The Black Hole since I was a kid, but I can still hum the theme.

That movie scared the poop out of little Braden.

That movie fucking rules. Ending is supremely dark and I love it.

I remember characters, robots, and either a coloring book or sticker book I had as a kid. Besides that, I have no recollection of this movie. Need to change that.

Black Hole is one of my top three fave old school sci-fi flicks. Great mood, great casting, Robert Motherfucking Forster. It's perfect.

One of the most coveted movies to yet receive the blu-ray treatment. There are...ways...to acquire such a thing though. If you know people.

I know about the “double jeopardy” thing (can’t be convicted of the same crime twice), but how does t work if someone confesses immediately after being found not guilty?

    Can anything be done?

Say you’re being tried for murder, you did it but you’re found not guilty. Then you just yell out “I did it you idiots” and moonwalk out of there.

Is it just too bad so sad for the victim and their family?

It'd never happen because of civil suits.

    Eg: OJ.

    Ah, cool.

Jen watches a crazy amount of true crime, and often people are found not guilty even though everything points at them.

Just wondered what a post-trial confession would do.

As you can tell I know nothing of the judicial system.
