This is an action movie where the action is the worst part of the movie. I found myself asking why y'all even fighting, just talk it out.

Either Bambi or Ghostbusters for me. Both traumatized me in different ways.
Happy about the Hopkins win. Well deserved.
I just realized this movie is a remake of Clueless.
I didn't like it upon first viewing, and really I still don't like it. But thinking back on it there are elements that stick with me.
This is one boring movie.
The year of hot garbage. Not enough quality movies to even make a top 5. I hope they don't make any awards shows for this year.
It's a little too over the top in its portrayal of men. The store manager, the guy in the subway, the step-dad. Like I get it, men are bad. But if these scenes would be a little more subtle I feel...
Why was the DJ guys so interested in the cousin dude's dancing?
It's enjoyable enough.
The cast is all great. The locations are stunning. (Was one of the houses where Barry Lyndon filmed?) The story was.... just ok.
I did love the Ball dance scene.
The answer is Gremlins 2 of course.
It's not very engaging. By mid-movie I was scrolling on my phone and just had it as background noise.
I liked the beginning. While it does little to advance the plot, it does give us valuable background on the town and the two main characters. I get the sense something strange has been going on for...
I love that you have Gremlins 2 so high.
I'm super late....
1. Tucker and Dale vs Evil
2. Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
3. 13 Assassins
4. The Social Network
5. Toy Story 3
6. The Runaways
7. Easy A
8. Super
So there were at least two suits right? She had just been attacked when she went back to his house and found a suit there. Two suits, two brothers.
So I made a thread on twitter

For now...
1. Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (Q. Tarantino)
2. Booksmart (O. Wilde)
3. Parasite (B. Joon Ho)
4. Dragged Across Concrete (S. Zahler)
5. Avengers: Endgame (A. Russo & J. Russo)...
Anyone else found it weird that in the big reveal scene half the characters seem to be just in the next room over? One of their family members was murdered and this master detective is explaining...
Love Scarlett here. The bit where she pretends to be the father was great.
Calling this fun is giving it too much credit as most of the fun bits were in the trailer.
Would have liked to have seen the supporting cast do more.
This bored me to death. I cease to exist now, guys.
Part of what makes the original films fun is the personality of Chucky. This Chucky was completely lacking in that department.
The script was problematic for sure. But I loved those last 30 minutes or so. I finished the movie and immediately went back to rewatch the final showdown.
Particularly I liked Glass' speech...
I find myself wanting to know more and more about this world, but the plot itself was lacking. Still, I'm down for a sequel if it ever gets made.
All the jokes just fell flat.
