SERIOUSLY. It reminded me of a year or two ago when they had a car chase scene where everyone was driving really slowly and obeying traffic lights and I was drenched in sweat from tension by the end....
Co-signing this. I was surprised how happy I was about the renewal.
Upon rewatch, it really really works.
AMAZING
I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I went back and rewatched the whole season.
Hmmm; I poked around but I don't think I can do it. We might need an admin!
I was okay with (or at least patient with) the execution until the very last episode. Sometimes it comes across as boundary-pushing, but sometimes it feels self-indulgent. But I respect the ambition...
Phyllis Smith does work that I would call career best, but that sounds like faint praise given the fairly minor roles she's had.
Let's say she's a revelation.
I thought it was interesting verging on terrific until the last episode.
And the last episode wasn't even terrible, it was just extremely rushed and hinged on a plot point that was... well,...
I am a fan, I guess, in that I have watched and re-watched it regularly, and watched all the new episodes. But it's probably about 70% actual enjoyment and 30% yelling at the screen, for me.
I've been thinking a lot about this comment and I'm starting to tally up the various ways that guests choose to experience the park (and how it caters itself to all of them.) The awful tourist couple...
Okay, but are you guys watching The Good Place? Because it is excellent so far.
I just watched the first two episodes this weekend but everyone in here is cranky.
I found it polished and lovely, though it's in no hurry to explain itself entirely, and given the level of...
I would totally love a pet goat, but I would keep it as an outside friend.
I house-sat for a week for a friend who had two pet pigs. They were very affectionate (wanting scritches and cuddles and to be held on my lap all the time) and could do tricks, and pooped in a litter...
I caught up on the last couple of episodes, and unsurprisingly I am loving this season. (Much as I loved Hannibal S3, which number8 correctly compared it to.) I think it is the most visually...
I love Lindsay, but she is terrible.
I mean, obviously he was not a young man, but something about him always felt immortal. :(
WOW WOW WOW
I'm still feeling it. It's certainly a show that doesn't care about being accessible though.
Well, the back half of second season of You're the Worst was devastating, and I spent a certain amount of time keening and hiding under blankets.
What a total gut punch.
Okay I got through eight episodes thinking Lindsay was played by Sarah Drew but I guess it's Kether Donohue? I feel that they have the same face.
Also, who is named Kether? That's not a name.
I've been checking out You're the Worst per Cutties recommendation, and though I'm not to the amazing second season yet it has been really surprising so far. It has way more bite than I expected. I...
Okay, our comparison spreadsheet (six years!) is too big to post as a picture but you should be able see view it here:

I need a hand-- someone mention if you're online and reading so I can send you a quick pm to check something. Thank you!
