Hugo covered that pretty well, I'll always be haunted by that scene where he burns his sets. I'm not spoiling it, the movie came out in 2011 and no one posts here anymore anyways.
I have a top 5, I've only seen 12 from this year lol
1. Cuckoo
2. Monkey Man
3. Kneecap
4. Maxxxine
5. Alien: Romulus
Only Monkey Man isn't a theater viewing
Yeah, that's true. Oh well.
Wow he made a lot of movies. I've only seen A Trip to the Moon.

I've seen 7 from him, plus the first two seasons of Twin Peaks. Great director. Plus I rewatched Lost Highway again, that movie is my personal favorite from him plus Wild At Heart.
I think I've seen 5 movies from Hawks. I forgot he had a lengthy career.

When Tame Impala shows up in the movie you're watching you know it's gonna be a fun or cool movie at least.
I did like Mank, but yeah that one was merely solid/good at best. I'll give The Killer a chance, though.
Well I donno if they pulled the show or not, but I own it on DVD so I don't have to care. Physical media, baby+
Heh page 1996. Only four more till 2k!
Well KF, the Wolverines won a national title despite the whole scandal thing. I wish he could have been here to see it.
Peng I liked Cure, but I'm not sure I understand the final act.
I've seen 7, guess I'm a bigger fan of Castle In The Sky than you are, and you prefer Nausica, of the Valley of the Wind and Kiki's Delivery Service more than I do. I like those films, though.
This came out in 2021? Man, time flies.
Godzilla Minus One was excellent in every way. There are scenes that actually scared or thrilled me, and others that moved me to an emotional level that I don't think any of the other Godzilla movies...
I'll have to check that one out, it never came to my area. I'm spending this month and the next finishing up my Horrorfest reviews, while I only watched stuff during September and October I did...

I already played this at my favorite bar, it's the whole reason I bought the soundtrack. Which is full of other great tracks, too. What a movie.
I unfortunately lost track of my second viewings this year, so I'll just note that Zodiac got bumped up to a 10.0 after a rewatch and I still love the 1978 Invasion of the Body Snatchers remake.
