Awesome
Not sure if it's our Fezzik, but I saw him in fanduel and am doing a H2H with him this week.
Thoughts on my survivor picks for this week. Can't believe I still have 3.
Pick 1: Kansas City
Pick 2: NY Giants
Pick 3: Philly
Hasselbeck hadn't practiced all week and they were at home. I thought it was a good pick. And it looked even better when Mallett left the game.
Season is over. Fuck Alex Smith, Andy Reid's offensive play calling and the Bears for injuring Charles.
Meanwhile I look over at GB and see what an actual passing attack looks like.
KC was my survivor pick and the Jamal Charles injury severely hurts my now 4-1 fantasy team. Bad day.
Basically F Alex Smith.
I lost two picks this week with the Cheifs and Texans.
Giants saved me last night.
Amazing game. I thought it was over with Beckham and Randle, not to mention Cruz, all sitting on the sideline with 1:40 left and a touchdown needed. (Last night marks the first and last time anyone ever says "double cover Vereen," by the way.)
But in pure Giants fashion they somehow pulled it off. Donnel's catch was fantastic.
I lost it with the time out that wasn't a time out. If they had lost because of yet another Eli clock management mistake, I'm not sure what I would've done.
Picking Gary Barnidge up for free off waiver 2 weeks ago was a terrific move. Hes my mvp this week.
I was a push for the week in my spread pick 'em.
Bengals pushed, Patriots won, and Ravens lost... Dang.
I'm down by five, so nothing to worry about yet.
One thing's for sure, I'm not picking the Ravens anymore. They probably join my "avoid at all cost" teams like the Saints/Steelers/Eagles. Never know what to expect from the teams.
Do you think if an opposing team lost 24 seconds off the clock at Foxboro, it would go unnoticed?
Fuck everyone.
Couple of notes from yesterday.
That fake punt by the Colts may be worse if not equal to the butt fumble. My guess is that's going to be #1 not top 10 for quite a while.
That catch and run by Marshall yesterday was so veteran. Taking that for a TD was such an F U to Washington.
Broncos are terrible.
Brandon Marshall is legitimately the best WR I've ever seen in a Jets uniform. He's awesome and I love him. Also, Chris Ivory is a cool guy and good at football.
Pats week in NE so we'll likely be 4-2 but that's ok. Really just looking forward to see how the defense holds up against Brady now that we have Wilkerson, Richardson, and Leo Williams all playing at the same time.
The Broncos defense is incredible though. They've scored more touchdowns than the team has rushing touchdowns.
And that's what's going to be lead to a 9-7/10-6 record. The defense is starting to get hurt, and the Broncos have faced crappy teams. The Vikings are the only team that has more than two wins. The others? Ravens/Raiders/Browns/Chiefs/Lions.
The offensive line can't support a good rushing game, which is what Peyton needs to survive into the playoffs. He has 3-4 bad passes for every "Peyton" pass. It has to catch up eventually.
If there's any expectation of having Peyton in the playoffs, they need to put in Ostweiler now, or he may not even get that far.
Take a look at what Peyton is on pace for this year (TD/INT).. it's alarming.
Yeah when the bottom of the barrel defense (my Browns) picks you three times...I don't know...
49ers are +6.5 at home to the Seahawks. I'll take it.
Tough matchups otherwise. I figure Falcons take Titans with Mariota most likely sitting out.
SURELY, Redskins win at home against the Jaguars, right??
Do I go with Arizona or St Louis this week for survivor?
Browns will probably win this week, just fyi.
